Not sure who was more responsible for that Bulls loss, Rose or the refs. It's a tossup.

Rose's refusal to pass the ball there was inexcusable.

Did you think he was going to pass it? He's considered the savior of the franchise. It'd be nice if he didn't run into a crowd of players after dribbling behind his back though.

As every defender on the floor is moving towards him to smother him out, he's got to get rid of the ball.

Blackhawks top line with an unbelievable, dominating shift results in the go-ahead goal in a game that started out with Nashville dominating them. Hold on, boys.

Sorry JR, thought the Preds outplayed the Hawks over the course of the series. They deserved a better fate.

Hey thanks!  Actually the Preds were probably a little less than brilliant themselves in the series.  Pekka wasn't really on top of his game.  Weber was out.  After the Preds went up 3-1 tonight, they never really seemed to get any good chances after that.

Maybe the Blackhawks aren't quite playing up to the level where they were a couple of years ago, but they're awfully talented.  Gotta tip your hat to them.

I'm probably not enough of a hockey expert to make any really good observations about the series, but the Preds really seemed to catch a lot of bad breaks in the series, with Shea Weber being hurt, Patrick Kane unexpectedly coming back for the Blackhawks, and up until tonight, Scott Darling coming up so big for them.

For as well as the Preds played for most of the season, having caught the Blackhawks at a time like this in the first round was pretty unlucky.

Eh, they've looked pedestrian to me for months and for huge chunks of last year too. They were ripe to be picked off and a healthy Weber may have been the difference.

Preds were very good.  I don't know that there's a dominant team, so the B'Hawks should have a good chance.

Exactly, P2. There are no great teams it seems this year, and the Hawks still have a bunch of elite top-end talent that few, if any, teams can match. That being said, Minnesota also has a ton of elite talent.
