They say that's the key to winning at UT.

Getting the Memphis kids.

Of course since Rick Barnes has been here he has recruited like he was at Belmont.

If there was a 5* kid in Knoxville I doubt he'd even call him.

If you're not a 3* wing he dont want you.

Thibodeau about to get the job with full control in Minnesota. Tons of talent to work with. Might have a better record than the Bulls next year.

Will the Houston Rockets tonight become the first team in NBA history to lose a game by 100 or more points?

Has there ever been a worse NBA playoff team than this current Memphis Grizzlies squad?

Was that really a wrap around?  I thought that was when you carry the puck around the back of the net and score from the other side.  Kane skated around the back of the net without the puck then reached the puck on the other side and put it home.

Not that it matters.

I called it a wrap around...Kane swept around the goal after his shot was stopped he then put the loose puck into the basket.

For Dusty

Former wrestler Jimmy ‘Superfly’ Snuka shouldn’t be tried for killing his girlfriend because repeated hits to head have left him a ‘shell of a man’

Ive often told people I have a PhD in pro wrestling because Ive loved and followed it for so long but without reading the story he apparently did this 20+ years ago and Ive watched several interviews about it.

Im not really sure why they decided to try Super Fly now when the man is probably damn near dead.

The murder happened 33 years ago and Snuka is 73 years old now.

Meeting the number of wrestlers Ive been lucky enough to have met and I can honestly say Ive met damn near all of them of any significance Im sure his brain's fried at that age.

Many of those in prison for murder have brains which are fried.  For some reason murder is still considered a crime if the killer's brain is "fried," so long as he knew what he was doing at the time and intended what he did.  *IF* he is not now mentally competent to stand trial because he does not comprehend the charges against him and is not able to assist his defense attorney on defending against the charges, the prosecution should not be allowed to go forward, but that hurdle is fairly high.

From the link: Prosecutors assert Snuka is well enough to stand trial. During cross-examination, they played a video that showed him in the ring as recently as last year — even doing his trademark move, the Superfly Splash, albeit from the second turnbuckle instead of the top.  Another video showed him giving an interview recently in which he appeared lucid and in character.

That last sentence indicates his attorneys are likely to have real problems with the competency argument.  Trial judges are well aware of the fact that more than a few defendants have been known to fake incompetence.

It warms my heart to see Golden State getting humbled.

Best team ever my ass.
