I would have liked more for both Kane and Debricant, sure.

Screwing up your two most valuable trade assets seems pretty relevant. Beyond that, if they trade Kane and Domi much earlier they likely already have 10 fewer points plus more in return.

They couldn’t trade Kane until he said it was ok to trade him and reading the Athletic’s account Kane had zero interest in helping the Blackhawks get a better return.

Debricant you were looking for maybe a prospect or some extra draft picks.  Korchinski seems to be a really great pick so far.

Domi was always getting traded later because he was the guy you went after you missed on your primary targets.  The Blackhawks are 1 point ahead of the Columbus and the Blackhawks are barely putting on an AHL team at this point.

Chicago has 1-2 games in hand on nearly every team around them and are only 6 points from being 6th. They don't steal 8 points in a 5-game stretch they're comfortably last. Those 8 points were almost entirely due to Kane and Domi.

I have an old school Ping Anser. I have two, in fact. I’ll never use another putter.

I just like to collect golf clubs. I guess its something Ill always do. I only keep up me and my son a set. When I get something new Ill trade in the old club at a golf store here in town for store credit.

The Blackhawks finished off their chances of going into the draft lottery #1 tonight. It was a season-long effort to pull that off.

I have a lot of respect for the way the Hawks have played this season.

It's nice they played hard. It would be far better to get Bedard.
