Why does Dominos have a ballot on their wings boxes?  Who returns boxes to the pizza delivery places?  How are they going to tally the results?

Can't you cut the ballot out and hand it to them next time you order pizza?  My Domino's used to do that with discount coupons.  (Now it's done online and you click on the virtual coupon from your last order to get a discount on your current order.)
