Cell phone videos of Asiana flight 214 show passengers leaving the escape chutes with carry on bags that must have been in the overhead storage bins.  I'm not sure I'd have been able to handle somebody blocking me from getting off while they retrieved their luggage that should have been checked in the first place.

My mother doesn't feel 104, but she will be in two weeks.

She says that everyone on this board other than CurtOne is just a kid.

Congrats to your mother.  Amazing that she had you when she was 5.

Adam got married?! Aww :) Good for him!!!

104 is amazing! My great grandma lived to be just 3 weeks shy of her 100th birthday. She attributed it to healthy eating (as in she only ate veggies and fruits that she grew herself). She was a heck of a woman!

My mother attributes it to healthy eating also.

For the last 103 years she has eaten fried food, fatty food, salt, and has considered gravy to be a beverage.

And she worked harder than any person I have ever met.

Well, I don't know exactly how healthy my grandmas eating habits really were...in fact...every time we came for dinner she made us the best fried chicken ever. Sooooo! :)
