Looking at the map, it looks like Arthur Bryant has a place on the west side of town, that might not be to far if you have access to a car.

Curt, you might wanna check out the Travel Channel or Food Network for KC BBQ places.

I've never been there but have seen several featured on shows like Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives and Man vs Food and BBQ Paradise.

All of those shows have websites with info on joints they've featured.

Thanks, Dave.
Didn't we use to have a board guy who lived in KC?  Did we lose him in the move?

Some things are simply comically stupid.

Like this.  http://jobs.spb.ca.gov/wvpos/more_info.cfm?recno=455610

A California school looking for someone to teach broadcast journalism.... for deaf students.

A mammoth bone with a carving of a mammoth on it was found in Florida in 2007.  Although there were many sites that had human bones interspersed with mammoth bones, this is the first positive proof that humans came to North America prior to the extinction of mammoths, about 13 thousand years ago.

Assuming that it is not a fake.  And the current evidence indicates that it is not.

Interestingly, the mammoth is drawn in a style very similar to that current in Europe at that time, fueling the debate that some humans came to America by way of Europe during that period.
