The great majority of posters at BBF are huge tools.  So much so that I'm surprised that Jes isn't their king.

WHOOPS!!

Meant NSBB.

Freudian slip?

Apologies to all.

I'm guessing Davep is scrapping his plans to go to the Super Bowl...

They were clamping down on that spice trade during the Super Bowl, huh?

I don't go to the spice trade.  The spice trade comes to me.

You can get 'em here in the wal mart freezer.  Not sure if that puts us in civilization or in the savage lands.

Having frozen White Castles is like having protected sex.  Its better than nothing, but is nothing like the real thing.

East Tennessee is Krystal country so when I went to Wrigley last Summer I gave White Castle a try in Indiana I think and I came to a conclusion. With the exception of the grey poupon mustard there really is no difference.

Krystals was founded in Chattanooga, and had their corporate headquarters in Chattanooga until last year when it moved to Atlanta.

Krystals used to have a great breakfast combo on the menu -- grits, with a sausage patty, cheese, an egg (almost poached), salsa and sliced jalepeno pepper.  All fixed in one container.  I loved it.

Unfortunately not enough other people did and they yanked it after a few years.

I was just talking to my mother on the phone, and she was telling me, in substantial detail, about what she remembers about her mother's funeral.  It wasn't until I hung up that I realized that she was remembering things that happened 100 years ago this past Monday.

And I can't remember what I had for supper last night.

It's a mixed blessing.  She can see and hear very little, and can barely move around the room, so her life is extremely limited.  On the other hand, her mind is still sharp, and has no memory problems whatsoever.
