Maybe Ive improved or maybe I just learned not to tell you all as much.

And at no time have I ever violated that confidence, nor have any of my comments here ever been based on anything you told me in confidence.

Didn't he tell you in confidence not to say that you haven't violated his confidence?

Since I have not said whether or not he did, I would not have violated any confidence.  I might have ignored his instruction, if he had said that, but ignoring an instruction is not violating a confidence, and the last time I checked, since I am not in hell, I am not really required to do what Dusty instructs.

Well, it's shaping up to be one heck of a season.  And since I now own a miniature laptop, with a wyfi password, and no job, when I'm on the juice and the wife won't listen, I guess I'll come back to the old board and rant.

Just back from a walk with the wife to the river about a quarter of a mile down the road.  About four years ago we had the joy of watching a beaver in the river (small, small river) for a few of our walks before he left.  This evening we saw a small family of otters, two adults and one juvenile.  Definitely something to look for on our next several walks.

Does anyone else do this?  Whenever I see trailers for the film BFG, which stands for Big Friendly Giant, my brain substitutes a different F word.

Yes, of course.
