Carrie Muskat tweeted this photo this morning.  When was it taken?

Answer:  Before game three, game four, or game five of the 2016 World Series.  The eamus catuli sign has 00 since the last division title and the last NL pennant, but the 101 years is still there.

Just a little life update to pass along, I actually tested positive for Covid last week, but since last Thursday, I've pretty much had either no or very mild symptoms.  Pretty much last Wednesday, I came down with a lot of the typical cough/cold, mild fever, feeling run down symptoms you hear about, but just about all of that subsided the next day.  Feel pretty fortunate I got a very mild case of it when I got it.  Anyhow I hope everyone's staying safe out there!

Ha!  Curt, if I cough on DaveP, who's going to buy me White Castle sliders in the future?

JR,  did you ever sign up to be part of a vaccine test?

I know someone who is about to undergo her second in a series of six three-day industrial strength chemo treatments at the Mayo Clinic.   She now has to stay at a nearby hotel instead of a hospital room.  All of the hospital rooms are being used by Covid-19 patients.

It’s only going to get worse before it gets better.

Bennett, I did offer to volunteer for one when they reached out to me, but they never followed back up with me.

And that's sad to hear about your friend.  Just hopefully the vaccine Pfizer announced is as effective as they announced and that it's something that can be distributed widely before too long.  It still sounds like we're several months from that happening if it does, though.

JR, just wanted to let you know because of your post, I went and got tested and came back positive as well.  Very similar experience to what you describe.  I knew I had a fever a couple days last week, but no other symptoms manifested.  I was going to chalk it up to a head cold that didn't quite take, but when I read your post, decided to get tested.  Out of an abundance of caution, I was already isolating from my family and hadn't been going out.  Hopefully I didn't spread it.

Oh wow, sorry to hear about that mO!  And yeah I thought what I had was a bug at first too.  A friend of mine the next day convinced me that I might want to consider getting tested.  If I hadn't, I definitely would have been running around a couple of days afterward completely oblivious to it.

Anyhow I hope your recovery goes well and goes as well as mine did, mO!
