When the Cubs make contact, they do nothing but pop up, ground out, or hit lazy fly balls. They never make so little hard contact.

Schwarber doesn’t have a clue. Why is he in the lineup?

Bryant with another automatic 2-0 swing on a bad pitch. At least he missed the ball this time.

But then he hits a lazy fly ball on the next pitch.

Gotta get rid of these movie star players and find some boys that want to play baseball.

I'm as frustrated as anybody (or most anyway), but to suggest these guys don't "want to play baseball" is just silly.

The game has moved to ESPN in case you want to watch Kintzler close it out.

Cubs hitters need to refine their approaches.

What they are doing right now doesn’t work.

That 1-0 call on Baez was awful. He doesn't need help striking out.

Baez makes us all feel better with another out, in a clutch situation. Oh yeah, hall of famer Javier Baez.
