I do think that it's likely that Marmol's value in a trade is likely to be very underestimated here (assuming the Cubs pick up a healthy chunk of his salary).  The conventional wisdom is that he's been bad the last two seasons.  But when Marmol returned from his demotion and started using his fastball, he had 19 consecutive saves.  Yeah, he's more erratic with the strike zone than you'd like, but he's still capable of being pretty unhittable.
