Brett Jackson is going to make it, and his head is as much of a reason as anything.  He's got raw talent and he responds to coaching - and failure - the right way.

I'm the type of player that can really help a team win," he said. "What I can do on defense, on the basepaths, swinging the bat, it's something that can be really valuable. I'm confident that's something that will happen soon. I play to win. When the right opportunity arises, I'll be ready.

"Humans respond to failure in different ways. You either adjust and stayed determined or keep pushing and be that person or player you want to be or you quit. There's no quit in me. There's no quit in Rizzo. I'm really happy with the player I'm starting to be."
