I have very pleasantly surprised with Baez's first week.  I've been something of a skeptic, and obviously 16 AB doesn't prove much. 

But the small sample has been encouraging.  He doesn't look overmatched at the plate early on, and he looks professional.  He looks like he's ready for the majors.
