Baez does something unusual with a runner on third with one out — he strikes out.  Leads the league in strikeouts.

Contreras leads off the game with a double to left, Rizzo moves him to third with a grounder to the right side, Baez Ks, and Bryant goes to 3-2 and Ks on a low and outside pitch.

I don’t know what WAR means.  I know that a batting average around .240 is not good, it stinks.  What’s Altuve’s BA?  Oh, .274.

It depends on the WAR methodology.

But, since you would not have asked the question if anybody other than your fave Cub was the answer, go with that methodology.
