So who pitches the 11th?  I don't think you can go back to Dolis for a third inning, especially when he's already over 40 pitches.  Plus, his spot comes up if anyone gets on base.

Sveum might be holding Kerry in reserve.  After all, the "Medium 3" of Russell, Camp, and Dolis have all pitched tonight, and he's pretty much running those guys into the ground lately.

Soriano is not going to go homerless for the rest of his career, right?  He's going to eventually hit another one.  Maybe this will be the inning.

Wood up to pitch the bottom of the inning.  Better get about 5 runs here.
