I don't think any of us are qualified to comment on the on field leadership or lack thereof of Garza.  LG was a revolving door and RT was a mess midway through the season and then we lost the RG for the last month or so.

I saw Garza pass block every game and I see a guy who has pretty good technique and often slides off a man to pick up the free rusher.  His major weakness is not getting enough push off the LOS.

Now, if you want to look at the cold hard stats.  Garza gave up 2 sacks...in 16 starts.  He also had 4 false starts in those 16 starts - no holds...no personal fouls.

4 false starts isn't great but its quite an improvement over the guy who he replaced who'd do it every other weekend.
