I have issues, but they're nothing that winter meetings could solve.

It's ten bucks each.  A few people give a little more to offset Paypal fees, although it's not necessary.

Winter meetings are over.   I know there were other ideas out there, but no others were officially presented.  I know there were ideas posted at BBFL, but we aren't mentalists who know which are still of concern.   Meetings were open twice, one in October and in February.  Sorry.

The Circle did consider the request to move the July 1 minor league draft players trade status to June 1.  Since that was by fiat last time, and not a vote, we are moving that to June 1.

Please pay your dues, $10.  Get ready for action!

Does that include the trading of picks as well? or only minor leaguers? i believe the initial concern was related to draft picks being traded sooner not minor league players.
