Didn't see it addressed in rules, but if player has major league ip or ab but falls under 10/20 cut offs, is he elegible for draft?  Only ask cuz a couple of guys like that so figure better to clear up beforehand. 

All rule talks about it what makes someone elegible for keeping, not drafting.  But seems like it should apply here.  Unless I missed one. 

MINOR LEAGUE DRAFT TIMES:
DRAFT BEGINS: 9:00 AM CST ON MONDAY, MARCH 7.
EVERY DRAFTER HAS 30 MINUTES TO MAKE A SELECTION BEFORE THE NEXT PICKER MAY PICK.  IF A PICKER MISSES HIS TIME SLOT, HE MAY PICK WHEN HE GETS ONLINE.
EVERY DRAFTER MAY PICK EARLY IF THE DRAFTERS IN FRONT OF HIM HAVE PICKED.  YOU MUST STICK TO HALF HOUR INTERVALS IF SOMEONE AHEAD OF YOU HAS MISSED HIS SLOT.

So, buff picks at 9:00, smurf at 9:30, Rynos at 10:00, Divers at 10:30, Dev at 11:00, 82 at 11:30, Oz at 12:00, Method at 12:30, grrrr at 1:00, Iowa at 1:30, Dave at 2:00, JR at 2:30, Boris at 3:00, Curt at 3:30, Ray at 4:00, and Dragons at 4:30.

In theory.

If everyone is ready to go, we could be done by 10:30 and start the second round.

Nah, just trying to make sure a guy like bundy f/e is elegible to be drafted.

I dont think he was kept anyway.  Just seems like more of those guys than usual and one I'm interested in is why I wanted to make sure of rule.

Correct.  Bundy is no longer eligible to be drafted in the minors.

Scratch that.  He IS eligible.  I was looking at projections.
