I picked him up.  Chiman can have him.  My staff is obliterated and it doesn't sound like we are doing playoffs so I'm ready to go into tank mode.

br, to answer your earlier question, if Diaz appeals and is able to pitch while the appeal is being considered, then NO you cannot replace him.  If he doesn't appeal or the appeal is rejected, then if the Mets are allowed to replace him, then so are you.
