One way you could do it would be to take any contract that includes deferments and say it's going to be automatically counted as AAV in today's dollars. i.e Cease's deal would be $30 million per for CBT purposes no matter how it was spread out.
Of course there's no guarantee the CBT will be a thing after 2026.
