I don't think it will be a cap, but there will need to be some sort of arrangement for more revenue sharing.  What percentage of the crowd does the visiting team get in gate receipts now?  Anything?  Whatever it is, make it better for the Pirates when they go to New York, the Dodgers, Chicago, St. Louis.  I know it would never happen, but what if every team refused to play the Dodgers in LA?  What if half their wins were forfeits?  LOL.  They might consider sharing then.
