Sometimes what's good for the player has to be factored in.

Paredes has benefitted enormously from that short porch in Houston.

I'm going to have to owe Jed a few apoligies for at least a couple of the things I had to say about his moves this offseason, but it's just a tad bit too bad we couldn't have figured out someone besides Smith to send Houston in the Tucker trade.  He'd be nice to have right now.  :)

Fixed it.

Another Manfred-era effort to make a complete mockery of the sport.

Brewers beat the Dodgers for the 4th straight time on Friday.

In these four games, Brewers have held Dodgers to a total of four runs scored.

If Brewers bear Dodgers on Saturday, they will have a better record on the season than the Dodgers. Brewers also have a better Runs Differential than the Dodgers—— at almost the 100 games played mark of the season.

If you thought you had a good fix in spring training on what would happen this season……you didn’t.
