I was at the Sunday night game at Fenway where the Scots invaded.  The game itself was ok,  it the atmosphere the Scots  fought to the game was amazing.

Reds are promoting Julian Garcia, a 10th round pick in 2016 from Metropolitan State University of Denver. He's making his MLB debut at 31:

Looking at Baseball Reference, he didn't play professionally in 2023. He spent 2024 in the American Association and Puerto Rico. He was a longshot to ever make it to MLB when he was drafted. So it's always fun to see a guy who stuck with it into his early 30s finally make it to MLB.

American League is -134 on the year in run differential during inter-league play.

Simeon Woods Richardson DFA'd by the Blue Jays. Expect he'll be a Cub by the end of the weekend.
