PED suspension? is this 2005 or 2025?

Do I get to move Profar to IL and name replacement? Or am I required to keep on active roster or drop him?

The Dastardly Divers strength and conditioning and medical staffs need to do a better job of covering their tracks on stuff like this by the way.  If the BBFL investigations team did some real digging, we’d probably see some sizable checks from the Divers team accounts in the Caymans to BALCO or some other seedy health and well being outfits like that.
