There's a setting on Fantrax that hides minor leaguers so they can't be picked up in-season. We have that turned on, probably needs to be turned off ahead of the minor league draft. Then minor leaguers will be searchable.

There is a filter on the Players page of "Minors (MLB) - Taken" that will show you the minor league players that are currently on a BBFL roster. If they're not on that list, I think they'll be available in the MiLB draft (unless they're over the 50 MLB AB/30 MLB IP limit). If you search for a minor leaguer and they don't show up, they're also available in the minor league draft.
