Agree. Both are good pitchers, Assad especially. Could be a big boost to the leverage reliever pool. May not need to have guys going back-to-back as often, or pitching 3 games in 4 days. But that wasn't available on Wednesday and Thursday, because both guys were coming off intense starts. Thornton has pitched back-to-back, and Webb 3-of-4, so not sure you want to use them tonight. Civale went 3 long innings on thursday, too. I wonder if Assad is ready yet, being on short rest. Rea certainly is, and Zeferjahn didn't pitch yesterday. Hopefully the offense can score some runs tonight, and Holmes can cover some innings.
