PR, that was a Tweet that came out 3 hours before the paper denied he had signed.

I wonder if Sullivan gets his info from the same Tweets we do, or if the Cubs sent him confirmation.

So the Cubs signed the financial equivalent of 4 first rounders.

I wonder if Jes is convinced yet that Ricketts meant it when he said that he was going to increase the money going into the minor league system?
