Maybe if we can pick up a 3rd rounder that would be the place to take a chance on Jones.
But to spend our 2nd rounder on him would be foolish knowing what's known now about his health problems. When you're talking about a guy possibly starting his rookie season on the PUP list, that's not a guy you take in the middle of the 2nd round.
Now granted Alshon Jeffrey didn't start on Day 1 for us last year either but that wasn't a health thing. That was a coaching decision, and one I suspect Emery was none too happy with at that.
