Yesavage faced 24 batters and had 23 swing-and-misses.

Not bad, almost one whiff for each batter faced. Wow.

And Yesavage 4-seamer velocity last night was down one tick from his average 4-seamer velocity. Yeah, it’s about movement and command, not just velocity—for the velocity lovers out there.

Batted ball by Gimenez on final out of Game 6 had xBA of .710, according to Statcast—third highest xBA of any batted ball in the game.

Gimenez has very little Oppo extra-base power and Dodgers played him perfectly and Hernandez made nice play.

So, given flight of the ball, perhaps understandable that baserunner at 2B perceived a hit. But, still a blunder. Need better grasp of where the defender is set up.

Toronto has some really good defense. 

Miguel Rojas? Wow. That sucks.

I'm going to predict that bringing in Yamamoto a day after he started won't work. Jays are about to walk it off.

How is this game going to the 10th inning? Rojas almost fell down, but he got the force out at home. Then outfielders collided, but Pages caught it anyway.

Don't forget Roberts had just subbed Pages in for defense.
