I believe that six errors is most by a MLB team in a 9 inning game since 2019—when Cubs did it in a game against Braves.

Yeah, unusual to win game when out-homered 4-0 but would be terrible to lose a game when opposing club made 6 errors.

Wow, Dansby with 11 RBI in the DH. What a difference.

Another funny thing:  Score 10 runs, no runs for the top-5 guys in the order, the only hit by the top-5 was PCA's accidental bunt blooped over Bichette's head.  10 hits and 10 runs by the bottom four guys. 

Crazy game. 

But yeah, 6 errors, unbelievalble.  And Dansby's tie-breaking triple was a miss too, that should have been caught.  Cubs defense is so consistent, sometimes I forget how disadvantaged some of the bad-fielding teams are.

That past/prior rule in MLBs rulebook clearly says PCA was safe.  Even if he rolled over onto his back a foot away from the base and got tagged.  His feet never crossed over to the past side of the bag.

BOOM.  Wrong call.  Ups Suck.
